The location was central, not far from the train station Santa Lucia as well as a lovely square with a church on one side and bars and restaurants surrounding. It was good to be 1 km away from Filovia, serving short-orders.

I lovely spend 3 nights in Venice. The quadruple room was air-conditioned with shower and separate bathroom plus a balcony overlooking the Campo Geremia. The hotel had a particularly good location, walk from a train station. Was in a nice enough area and walking distance to bars and restaurants.

I've had a really nice stay which is comforting to single travellers. The location was magnificent and wonderful yet it was near downtown area, just 15 minutes by foot. Went to Bacareto da Lele for drink or two, set within easy walking distance of the hotel.

Our location was amazing and magnificent, walk from a railway station. Didn't like when it was hot outside, went to Kfc to relax and grab some food.

All in all everything was good, had a fairly nice stay which is comforting to single travellers. Thoroughly enjoyed the quiet and bright king room with a nice view and the way it was setup. The hotel had amazing, lovely location, we were walk from a railway station.

The setting was amazing and incredible, not far from public transport, train station, restaurants and vaporetto and Ferrovia ferry terminal and Santa Lucia Terminus. Loved the room with a balcony overlooking the campo geremia, my bed was nice. The staff was efficient and great to deal with.

Magnificent location right by Bus, Train, Ship and water transport, which is convenient for those traveling by public transport and restaurants for breakfast, could not be better. The location near a train station was stunning and best possible, most places in Venice were within reach. Popped in Osteria Nova Bar Pizzeria for shots before sleep, it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue.

We've stayed here before and loved this place. Had a REALLY LOVELY stay which is comforting to single travellers. The location was brilliant and handy, for example, an ornate covered 16th-century stone footbridge was within walking distance of the hotel. And the area was nice, very close to train station, vaporetto, restaurants. The room was bright, with a balcony overlooking the Campo Geremia, a double bed right in the, for instance, slept really well.

Super central location, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a landmark bridge. Extremely comfortable zone, close to a train station.
